A certain note Raff had composed on the other hand...well, ser had not exactly agreed to this, or even been informed. Ser preferred not to be informed. Ser preferred to be able to say that he did not know and not be lying. Raff knew what he wanted, and Raff quite enjoyed the liberty of making this happen the way he pleased.

Dressed once again in his new garb, he walked across the hall with a decanter, as the commotion around who might be the leaders of the melee made attentions go elsewhere, he moved through the crowds towards Ser Bryndon Hightower, who just had finished his cup. "
