Ser Devyn gives Daeryssa's hand a gentle pat of reassurance, proud of his daughter's compassion.

Re: The late night (Starting event)
This was Gordon's scene. On some nights where folks' senses dull, and others don't raise alarm for their good fellow, he comes to risk his hand for a purse to make off with it before anyone can notice. It did not go that way tonight, though. At the door, he steps back out and clears out of the way for a grizzly knight and his...niece? Granddaughter? He shrugs of his worry for her, as the man is intimidating enough, and must have some fight in him. Gordon wonders, as the knight enters with the sight of the chaos surely before his eyes, if he intends to send every rabble crashing to the ground to take her safely to their seats. He hears the answer quickly, and a few more strong voices that quell the spirit of the fight - impressive, and now Gordon may enter unmolested.
Gordon eyes targets within. Maester? Nah, not likely. The knight(s) perhaps. Not worth it, too tough and too close quarters. Everyone else was likely to be wary after the fight. Then he eyes the beaten and/or unconscious men on the ground. Well, something was better than nothing. As they are being dragged out, Gordon pretends to care genuinely for the well-being of those still laying about...not a fair distance from the maester and the knight having a chat about their noble houses and so forth.

Shame, I wanted one of the players to notice. Furtive is strong.

This is only for the target. Anyone else, that's a different story.original TN wrote:Awareness(Notice) TN10: What's that young man kneeling for...?

“If you get the opportunity to visit the Reach, you should. There are places of great beauty that must be seen to be believed. I am sure the Riverlands has places that are beautiful, but little can compare to the Gardens,” he said wistfully.
“Excuse me a moment Ser Devyn, I think there might be somebody requiring my aid.”
He stood up and walked over to Gordon leaning in close and whispered quietly.
"
Is there something wrong with this man? I checked them all over and he was only going to have a sore head in the morning.”
ooc
Brant’s passive awareness is 16, so I will notice you are there, but not what you are up to

Gordon startles and grins innocently up at the maester. "
Ah, nothin' wrong, maester, it's like you said. I was just givin' 'im a once-over for any damage 'fore draggin' 'im out."
He props the man up with his back straight and puts his arms around the middle to pull him with a bear hug. The boy's effort, while rewarded, appears to require much labor on his part.

Daeryssa smiles at her father's reassurance.
"
I would love to go to the Reach"
Daeryssa said enthusiastically, but she added sadly "
But it's quite a distance away. I don't know that I'll ever go that far away."
She fixed hopeful eyes on her father. "
There are a lot of tournaments there..."
She nods to Maester Brant. "
If you need assistance, I know some things about healing."
She watched him go. "
Even after all this trouble, we meet such nice people!"
she told her father with a warm smile.

"
Perhaps we'll go someday. I wouldn't say no to a tourney,"
Ser Devyn answers Daeryssa, with a smile.

Seeing the young man struggling, he was glad that the young man was trying to help and decided to help, picking up the man's feet.
"
Here, let me help."
