Post formatting experimentation/Q&A space

I noticed that the battlemaps and URLs aren't showing up right, so I created this as a space to test a few things out. Feel free to post anything here about post formatting, either just to try stuff out or if you have a question.

Battlemap conclusion: some extra spaces were removed in the forum transfer, and depending on the status of the "Switch Editor Mode" button (far right in the row of buttons above the text field some spaces may be removed as well. If that button is NOT selected (BBcode entered by the editor is hidden) then the map seems to work alright.
