[D6 Round 4] Kevan Lyras vs Anvil Gloom
Kevan's mood was extraordinary good today. He had suffered no injuries during yesterday's jousting and after a good night's sleep he was eager to compete again.
Once again, he waived towards the crowd, although they were cheering a lot louder for his opponent. But that was to be expected, the smallfolks just love their mistery knights...
New day new luck, maybe I even make it to the final eight. An anvil and a weirwood tree... A smith believing in the old gods?

As the mystery knight rides out, after a routine bow to the nobility, he salutes his opponent.

Kevan returns the bow by his unknown opponent.
At least he is courteous
The signal is given and both riders fall into a galopp. Unlike in previous rounds, Kevan decides to ride aggressively, standing high in the saddle, hoping to throw the mistery knight off his horse in the very first tilt
: 9d6k4+2 22
2DoS = 16 Damage = 9 After AR, TR12 to stay in the saddle
[Depends on the maneuver chosen, obviously]

Ser Kevan holds on to his horse as well, as the lance hits him, despite his aggressive approach. He returns to the end of the lane, receives another lance and rides again.

Re: [D6 Round 4] Kevan Lyras vs Anvil Gloom
Ser Kevan brushes of the mistery knight's second lance, while his second lance connects just a brutally as the first, but his opponent holds on.
Not much of a jouster, but what a great rider our mistery knight is
The crowd errupts in cheers as they realize they will see a third pass between the two. Ser Kevan may not be the audience's main favorite in the Tourney, but he gives them a good show, with his second consecutive match going through three lances.
Knowing about his advantage after two tilts, Kevan opts for a defensive maneuver, staying low in his saddle for the last round.

Raise eyebrow
DoS: 1
Dmg: 1(after AR)
Third Pass
Maneuver: Aggressive
Health: 4
unhorsed: beats TN12
roll: : 7d6k3+1 14
saddle: : 4d6 13
A good show, yes. That is what the people want for the final charge, not bracing hopelessness in light of conspicuous observation over who the better contender is. After lances shatter in the third pass, the mystery knight takes a moment to catch his breath, and then bows sportingly, conceding to his opponent. There is no room for doubt that Kevan Lyras carries the day.

Kevan bows as well toward his opponent, before he puts his fist in the air, enjoying the applause of the crowd.
He turns to the mistery knight: "
You rode well, may I know the true name of the man I defeated?"

The mystery knight does not respond. To avoid risk of appearing unsporting or wishing ill will by his silence, he...bows again.

"
So be it, silent knight, I hope you nevertheless enjoyed your run"
He dismounts and walks back to his small tent.
Damn it, if I had unhorsed him, I could have open the visor of his helmet before helping him up from the ground
