House Events - logistics

- PCs can participate in any ONE house event - it doesn't have to be your own house's event.
- Troops that participated in the campaign against the Mountain Clans are unavailable, as they are returning home.
- Houses must use their own troops for any combat, with one exception: You may negotiate the service of cavalry units from another house (they are smaller and can travel quickly). Each House may only send out one unit of cavalry, but may receive as many as they can negotiate.

Answering some questions received via PM!

1)This occurs around month 9.
2) Anyone keen to hire mercenaries can do so, bar House Marsten (this is tied in to the nature of the trouble makers Marsten will face).
3) Cavalry that participated against the Mountain Clans are unavailable.
4) Non-cavalry from your bannerhouses are available.
5) [Makes sense only to Daveth] - Blackwood only in biography. They can be prevailed upon to send 1 unit of Green cavalry in exchange for a combination of 2 wealth/influence, TN 9 check by a Coldbrook on Status and Persuasion/Deceit (any speciality) reduce this by 1 for each check passed (not per DoS). A favour is owed if you pass both checks.
6) Characters are available and may participate even if they fought the clans. You don't have to participate in your own House's challenge if you like the look of another challenge/someone else offers you an attractive reward.
7) Injuries/wounds should heal [see answer 1]. Most of you have access to competent healers and there's significant downtime.

Fortunes up to month 9: yes please.

Month 9 house event happens after your action for that month resolves (IC, you can generally see what's happening and respond).
