Marei was frightened this evening, she heard Lord Charlton is angry at Dunstan!

"
Dunstan I told you jousting is dangerous!"
she said, "
You don't need other lords angry at you after you poked them with a stick!"

Dunstan was confused, "
I was triumphant and I was fair in it, why should he be angry? Don't trust any old rumor love."
he answered.

"
Come, let's walk, I will pay him a visit and you will see it is all false."

Marei shruged, "
You can't be seem with me and you know it. Please go alone and talk to him. And bring guards, a lot of guards, I beg of you!"

With that the young Lord gathered a few guards and began his stroll to the Charlston tent.

Arriving in front he told the guard, "
Lord Tullison here to see Lord Charlton. I come unannounced I'm afraid, apologies for that."

Despite their earlier tilt, old Lord Charlton greets Lord Tullison jovially.

He's well on to at least his second bottle of wine by now, by the looks of things!"

"
Ah, Lord Tullison, a fine evening to you. Here's to your victory against an old duffer!"

He gulps down some wine.

"
And here's to you lasting three lists against Ser Garibald himself!"

Another gulp.

Dunstan grabs an empty tankard from the table and fills it with wine,

"
And here's to your own display Lord Charlton!"
he says and takes a big gulp of wine and sits down with the man.

"
And Ser Garibald rides like the Warrior himself, I almost had him I could feel it in the air but alas, he won. How fares House Charlton in this tourney?"
