[The is a thread between Nathaniel and Master Arryn Stokeworth. It is probably not of interest to anyone else, but it is happening in a public place.]

It was not very surprising that Nathan found Master Arryn at the Drunken Huntsman. It was also not very surprising that Grandmaester Orwyle's description and assessment seemed to be very accurate. Nathan had his misgivings, but he held the Grandmaester's opinion in very high regard. If Orwyle said this was the man who would suit Nathan's needs, he had no reason to doubt him.

Before approaching the man, he took his time to gather what impressions he could without seeming too intrusive.

Nathaniel finds it relatively easy to confirm the previous information &
rumours he recalled on Arryn.

The man was citadel trained and talented, but a known drunk and black sympathiser, at least so far as the female inheritance and education go. Still, no Arryn did not seem to conceal any hidden ploys or treachery, beyond a desire to see men and women educated and inherit equally. Well, that, and a seemingly unquenchable thirst for ale.

Still, he didn't seem a bad sort, helping Brenna the serving girl write a letter home, the young women finding the reedy brown-haired scholar less threatening than other men. At least she was used to strong alcohol smell that was Arryn's constant companion...

[OOC: PM me with any intrigue plans or negotiated yield!]
