Just wanted to add my opinion to two points, while I try to catch up with this massive thread:

- Tyron: I am against sending him to the wall. IC the fact that he confessed (even with some prompting from me) should weight in on this decision
- Benji: At most a tour of the damage caused, as suggested by Ben. I would be against any further punishment. In addition, I would be against any fostering of him anywhere else than House Marsten and also against a wedding with the horny Ms Bracken
-Generally, I like most of the suggested ideas (e.g. law has to be built up etc.)

I concur with those points.

Actually, why hasn't Tyron been arrested yet? He's confessed to the crime, so we really should have him in custody.

At least my wildfire explosion went off, although I'd have injured more PCs and killed a few more NPCs if the Coldbrooks/Drakesons hadn't moved heaven and earth. Both that event and the aborted uprising I posted previously would have complicated the treaty too.

Oh well, a happier tale so far with a few dark spots at least thanks to Theomore and a few others (Dulvers butchering prisoers actually increased the wealth needed for the revolution quelling). Look forward to the final treaty, Baelon made an excellent start.
