We spoke at length during Lady Jeyne's tourney at the Eyrie, shielded from ears having no business to eavesdrop, though I should think the conversation private rather than secret, we did not exactly sneak into some secluded chamber that might give rise to ghastly rumors of which I imagine that my lady would most certainly disapprove of."

The way Theomore speaks of it, having lengthy conversations with lord's widows was routine "
It is what I do, I attend tourneys, weddings and festivals, earn some coin on the betting, earn some more in ransoms at the list and mingle with others that have gathered, sometimes I make new acquaintances, other times I renew ones, and they all tend to have interesting news to share. As fate would have it, Lady Isobel received more of my time that evening than most such encounters take."

I do get the feeling that my interest in the topic of conversation is surpassed by the curiosity my lady holds for it's contents."
Theomore's face is askance, as if that was a more interesting matter. "
My lady must forgive that I am less than forthcoming, but the words of Lady Isobel are not for me to recount, I advised her to accept the choices taken for House Marsten, a different path can no longer be threaded, and so it is best for everyone to walk it together. I think she accepts this. But I suspect it will take a while longer to admit it."
