With the sells in the riverlands increasing do to Ereth direct intervention to help move his cider to other places and some cashed in favor, he is finally able to invest in a weavery to produce linen to sell, and increase his revenue from his flax fields. His treatment of the smallfolk during his visit and actions during the Bracken and Blackwood disputes has also made his House desirable for smallfolk to move in and find jobs in his fields or cidery.

Lord Dulver was quick to capitalize on the hands meeting Work and ensured that each person had a place to stay as well as a job to do.

Lord Dulver finds a clause in a previous treaty that he write explaining that if a nearby house violated it's borders some land lost would revert back to house Dulver, so with a bit more glee then was necessary Lord Dulver pointed this out to Lord Lannister who sided with the Dulver's.

replies Lord Dulver calculatingly. "
Speaking of bumbling, I think that my son Horas is incapable of growning a damned thing, perhaps raising horses will be easier for him"
Lord Dulver then turns back to his papers, "
Very well, you may go."
Lord Dulver lifts his hand and gestures for the Maester to leave one more.

Ser Tymon Lannister's strong performance on the joust at both Lord Redwain's tournament and Lord Bracken's tournament had drawn many green supporting knights to house Dulver's lands, seeking to train and visit the growing frame on the tournament knight. Lady Helen Dulver's beauty has also caught the whispers of the nobles, drawing curious spectators to see the moutian flower herself. Lord Dulver was quick to capitalize on the influx of knights and nobles, ensuring that his house was open to all and the trading inn had no want for supplies. However, with such a high demand for good's, and with winter coming, the turnips were obviously sold at a premium, and rarer stock was even more valuable.

Septon Arlyn had just finished giving a sermon and was watching the devotees to the seven file out of the chapel. The Septon noticed Lord Dulver standing at the end of the isle, letting people pass, each one giving difference to Lord Dulver, yet hiding surprise at the Lord's unusual visit to the Sept. As everyone leaves Lord Dulver enters. Pausing ot look at the stone at the doorway before spitting callously onto the stone, "
What a bloody waste"
Lord Harlod Dulver mutters under his breath. "
Septon, I have an issure hat I need your attention with. There appears to be more refugees ouring into our lands, I am currently busy reorginazing the keep to strengtehrn It and add in room for my Son's huge library, could you help these people find places to stay?"
Asks Lord Dulve.

replies septon Arlyn, both curious and excited to add more people into his fold, "
Perhaps someday we can build a proper town with a proper Sept huh?"
asks Septon Arlyn.

Now Don't be hasty Septon Arlyn, first get these people to safety and ensure that they are adequately placed to work, then we can talk further about your plans on ruining all the money I have made on foolishness like faith."
Lord Dulver turned on his heel and walked off, expecting Septon to follow his desires. For he knew of the Septons love of the smallfolk, as well as his burning desire to help all refugees...

With the sells in the riverlands increasing do to Ereth direct intervention to help move his cider to other places and some cashed in favor, he is finally able to invest in a weavery to produce linen to sell, and increase his revenue from his flax fields. His treatment of the smallfolk during his visit and actions during the Bracken and Blackwood disputes has also made his House desirable for smallfolk to move in and find jobs in his fields or cidery.
