Once he is confident that both Loreia and Leifnarr have left, Daveth turns to Ser Jorah, and asks, in a serious, yet curious, tone, while glancing in the direction Loreia left. "
Ser Jorah? Can a Lord have friends? Not trusted retainers who he treats well, not fellow lords bound to his house through marriage, but actual genuine friends?"

Ser Jorah considered this for a moment.

Some people will always be friends. It is in their nature. Some when it suits and others should always be kept at arms reach. The rub is knowing whom fits into what category. That is a lesson I can show examples of, but knowing this is something you can only decide here and here."
Once again, he tapped his head and his heart.

he looks intently at Ser Jorah. "

Daveth looks around to make sure he can't be heard before continuing. "
