Where is Darry? Is he dead?"
A dispassionate, less-than-satisfied Loreia points toward the bloody mess of armor near Jorah. "
I believe that's Lionel over there, right in the middle of that mess, by the look of it. The men sworn under him best talk if they don't want to meet the same end,"
she mutters.

Loreia, I take it nobody else tried to get passed?"

"
Not a one, ser, and the ones who fought back aren't a problem anymore. I'm glad all our knights survived,"
she adds, eyeballing Theomore distantly.

[OOC: Jon and Baelon's interrogation results - Charm succeeds, convince fails. But two charm successes result in the party getting a second clue (to add to the one from holy Harry) that will bolster anyone investigating in the offseason.

- The Woodsmen are genuinely penitent, and seem keen to please both Ser Jon and Ser Baelon. If set to some task (physical/spiritual), you're confident they'd honestly strive for redemption.
- However, due to the "
cell"
structure employed by Ser Lionel Darry, they can offer few clues, beyond garbled commentary on a miller in one village that aided them and blacksmith in a second. Loreia/Jorah can vouch that this is consistent with what they has heard from Holy Harry, and it is effectively a second clue.]

With Marei somewhat calmed down, Dunstan stood up and approached Ser jon.

"
What are we to do with them lot?"
he asked.

"
Knights are going to be brought before Lord Tully, but the woodsmen I do not know. Have you any advice?"
, Ser Jon was experienced and wise, and Dunstan respected his opinion quite a bit, most of the time that is.

"
Ordinarily, I'd say hang 'em from the tree over there, but these two spilled what they know about Ser Lionel's organization when Jorah and I put a bit of pressure on them, and they do seem genuinely repentant, so perhaps this would be a good time to show clemency? Either let them take the black now, or squeeze them some more when we get back to Riverrun to see if they know anything more that could help you find your missing men. From what I've heard, that Dulver Septon - Arlyn - seemed to make a strong impression on 'Holy' Harry. Perhaps he can put the fear of the Seven in these two as well? With the right words, he might even be able to turn them to your side. It would certainly be easier to approach Faith Militant sympathizers if these two lead rather than having the Coldbrooks ride in with fire and sword..."

Dunstan listened to Ser Jon and nodded.

"
Very well. They will come with me than. And if they do provide assistance, the future at the Wall awaits them. If they do not, hanging tree it is."

She blinks once. "
Were you expecting anyone else, ser?"
Who could he mean?

OOC: I don't think the archers are missing, they just never came into play, or no one bothered to narrate them making their way to the top of the plateau post-fight.

Dunstan looked around at the field of dead men, frightened woodsmen and knights who fought for his cause.

It's not likely to help much but..., he thought as he came to a decision.

"
One armor and one weapon will go to each of the knights who fought here. Ransom from dead man."
he said.

OOC: A little reward for all of you. I've edited the thread where Dunstan delivers the prisoners to only include people, not their equipment.

Ser Jorah looked at Ser Lionel's body.

"
This will be for Lord Coldbrook."

Dunstan smiled

"
A fine trophy for the Great Hall of Castle Greenwald indeed!"
he said, meaning Lionel's helm, not his head.

He than discreetly instructed one of his scouts to pack up the brigantine armor, shield and longsword of one of his own knights, and to sell it at the market.

Loreia ambles over to Lionel's body, closer to Jorah. "
He's forever silenced, ser. Lord Coldbrook'll be pleased, and we can still make good on our relations with the Tullisons to help free their men once the scouts've tracked them down."

Considering Ser Lionel's penchant for treachery, let us hope that they are still alive."
