Theomore did that (in the first tourney that was played out IC, of course).

Well, both Kingsguard happened to draw noted jousters for the quarterfinals. Just a matter of how the final rankings worked out, just like that led to the coincidental pairing of the two NCs. Had the challenges gone differently the pairings would have been completely different.
