OOC
Will post it in the sept when I get home from work. This is a deal with the devil, but at least I won't have to swear by blood...

Yoren allow himself to be sworn in but without much fervor dicking around on his behalf: "
For generations countless, since the first men discovered the iron isles there has been little love between our people. When the stormkings failed the iron born fell upon the tullys like ferocious animals, giving little but grief to your lands. Taking full dominion of your lands our power was supreme This however has changed over the last hundred years. Now you have prospered under the rule of the Targaryen dynasty. Now you are our equal, both in terms of wealth and power. I have therefore a wish for our people to cultivate reciprocal links of friendhip. As soon as I sit in my fathers ancestral home, upon his chair, as proclaimed and supported lord of the Longshores, changes will be made. We will not from then forwards wield military might against your people unless provoked first."
Yoren looks around briefly before continuing:
"
The ironborn are free spirited people, in that spirit I will, when I sit in my fathers place, therefore allow all religious practices, as long as they don't harm our people or their peace of mind, to access our land. All men living on our soil is our subjects, regardless of their beliefs, as long as they don't interfere with the rest of our population's work they may do as they please."
Yoren takes a brief pause before continuing: "
We will also Allow Tully armies to walk through our land, as long as they do not disturb our land or our people, or our cattle for that matter."
He adds with a smile before continuing "
This offer is a sign of trust and I will not risk this on a single soldier taking liberties. If a soldier without orders from superiors takes liberties, the offending soldier will come forth for our court. If Tully fails to find him, they will pay for any unsettled grievance the soldier may have done."
He nods to his new ally: "
With some friendly tokens of favour back, I expect to see our houses as trusted allies before to long."
Before he nods and leaves, unless someone calls for him.
