Lord Forrest Frey is a famed warrior - many houses retain a champion, as does Lord Frey - but he scarcely needs to, such are his prowess.

A terror with a lance or mace, he's confident he can defeat any Ironborn in the saddle. He's a gallant lord and bows to Athelstan from the saddle, despite the reaver's dark reputation.

The Ironborn shout themselves hoarse, willing Athelstan on against the odds.
