with a link to a video with just the soundbyte of the treasure chest-fanfare-from-Ocarina-of-Time (as a sort of example of the bare minimum work) is also acceptable.

Well, I was going to have some interaction between Gwyn and Lady Blackwood in the thread she has with Fendrel, but given how old that is...it's probably best to let that die quietly in a corner, with some dignity.

I did want to do some kind of intrigue to give Sofia some kind of boost to her disposition towards Kevan though. Can we still do that?

No, because the rules for that let you try to raise disposition towards yourself...or lower it towards another...but you can't raise someone's disposition towards someone other than yourself.
