Think it's technically just a storm. Have been in HK for typhoons, not nearly as bad as those.

Ah, I see! My bad.

I tend to think of hurricane as only referring to the tropical storms 'officially' called that. But yeah, I can see how any really bad, windy rainy storm could be called that informally.

I don't know how successful I'm going to be at this, but I am intending to severely curtail my activity here this weekend.
Simply put, I've been spending too much time on here and I have assignments and grading that I am behind on.

I'm a big fan of telling people they need to put RL first, but you people don't make it easy, what with your awesome plots and high drama an roleplay and stuff. :mrgreen:

(please note that I am not really blaming any of you for anything)

A reminder to everyone that I'm on Asian time until Saturday the 21st and busy on business.

Will keep updating existing NPC interactions but things will be a little slower this week but due to being an an unhelpful timezone for most and you and research/meeting. I will probably not start new NPC stuff unless it's urgent.

Athelstan/iron-mine stuff causes a weird time-warp, but keeping his actions in place and will ultimately just shifting around the fateful threads timing to late in the day (any reaction threads can be considered to occur afterwards, even if the time-stamps don't end up making sense). An occasional issue with PbP, but we'll roll with it. Smile

I wonder if I will need to come up with some IC reason as to why Theomore suddenly needs to be elsewhere for a month of RL, or if maybe Dunstan's squire gets a cameo.

My level of activity is far above what's sustainable.
