It looks like Kevan and I need to roll a tiebreaker to determine the order of Part 2 opponent selection, as we are both tied at 17 and have the same Warfare and Tactics.

Davain will pick the highest ranking named foe available to him, if none are left then he will choose to faced the men at arms. Also I forgot to add the static bonus from Head of House. Privous post has been updated to reflect that.

For each DoS on this roll you may add one additional named opposing NPC, two opposing terrtiary NPCs or one allied NPC.

2) Personal combat scenes
- Various Velaryon knights and guardsmen to arrest, feel free to volunteer. Highest score on the warfare roll chooses first, facing one named opponent or three tertiary opponents. Additional participants are based on your warfare roll.

If we choose all 5 named NPCs we still have 4 DoS to add a tertiaries and allied NPCs. I'd say we take one NPC and a couple of guards
