Trying to get back on top of things, likely to need to push Phase 2's start back to finish phase 1 and sort some old player driven stuff. Sorry all.

I've had a hobby (not investment) opportunity come up unexpectedly, so please forgive me if that plus the holiday season keeps me quiet briefly and please don't worry! Signing confidentiality agreements etc, but may share it here one day if/when able to.

On my dramatic move front, we had another (shitty) delay, but some other plans are progressing despite it. I'm flying and driving from Thursday to (Christmas) Sunday, we're moving Wednesday the 28th, and then I should be on and stable and settled in after that. So bear with me for another week or so, and sorry in advance for any hold-ups from my absence.

My flights boarding in a few minutes. I'll be starting to drive basically right after I land, and will be on the road through Sunday. I'll check in when I stop overnights, unless I'm just flat exhausted.

I'm heading over to my parents' for Christmas. Not sure when I'll be back. But they have internet, so I'll be posting occasionally, but not a lot. When I get back, I'll have time to catch up on things - I'm aware I'm behind, just hopefully not on anything critical.

We're moving (finally) tomorrow. But the move was delayed so many times, it screwed up our timetable with the cable/internet provider up there, and...*shudders*...we won't have any hook-up until the 12th, now. No cable tv, no internet, no wi-fi.

No internet these days would be enough to make me go crazy. And it has. My heart goes out to you. Here are some friendly suggestions.

Play in the snow (if you can). Play Tactics Ogre, I find tactical RPGs to be compelling. Have a beer. Read A Song of Ice and Fire. Binge-watch the TV show if you have it. Play your favorite games offline. Grill out (if you can). Sleep. Have another beer. Dust your PC (trust me, it needs one). Go bowling. Write on the walls of your house. Go for a walk, bring the dog. Meet the neighbors. Drink the whole thing.
