I just realized I might have to fight Bold Jon. I mean probably.

I wanted to churn through NPC jousts quickly....
... and I only got three done.

In all fairness, one of them was an extremely dramatic match up between Lord Forrest and Bold Jon Roxton... it kind of took on a life of it's own.
I suspect people (IC) will be talking about it for years to come. I was on the edge of my seat with uncertainty as I was writing it. That Orokos... it does what it wants, yeh?

That dramatic matchup was worth crunching NPC rolls!

Indeed! I figure the named matches should at least get cursory mechanics and descriptions. Most will only be one or two passes anyway.

THAT one though... no, the dice wouldn't let it be handled in any simple way. Besides, these aren't just some random chump NCs, these are characters that are important to many of us. I think they deserved a bit of extra attention.

I'll definitely be showing some respect to Jon if I win. Lord Charlton isn't going to beat Jon, he's just not, if you wanted my prediction.

No problems figure I could do some quick NPC rollings until I find a PC. Sorry Lord Miraz didn't put a dent on him.

Should add on joust resolution.

Best to declare NPC stances first (without rolling for them). Speeds matters up a little, can then roll after PC declares stance and rolls in one step.

Not directed at anyone specifically, just speeds up the process. Smile

Well done to the players for pitching together for a player driven event.

*wistful sigh* That Jon...

Bugger, if Loreia is against him, I won't know who to root for.

After his joust with lord Forrest, he might be a tad easier to beat for Loreia, but Ereth will hope Ser Jon wins.

It would be interesting to learn why. It doesn't seem to be for the obvious reasons. If I lose, the novelty or curiosity that guests might harbor becomes inconsequential, invalidated even. But if she does win, perhaps the lord or his betrothed might see her worthy of their curiosity for a moment to talk with her?

Just weird, like the ironborn that can joust, but you are also a knight. He admires your skill, don't mind fighting woman, just that you are a knight as well is just to awkward for him lol. "

So what is the next step in lane 2? A KoQ challenges? Are they labeled by name?

They were given names just so they are not nameless hordes lol let me check the names of your challengers a few pages back

Edit: Future challengers for you by name and type of knight have been added to the first page of Lane 2 to keep track

Failing a TN9 test on 5d6, that got to be one of the worst rolls we had so far in this game! (Lucky to be 'lucky')
