6000 in the tourney forum, over 12k total.
Reader and Corrine combined have over 3000, so more than 25% of the total posts.
Given that, it's not surprising that House Marsten's private forum has over 1k posts....
EDIT: Also, the next three top posters (with over 800 each) are myself, Ben, and Athelstan... and what do the three of us have in common?
Corrine, you've certainly made this game lively!

Hooray! There will be inevitable up and downs, but steady progress relative to past PbP. Apologies for lower availability over the last week, but getting back on track now. Important that these things keep momentum.
Bravo to the players for crafting an engaging and unexpected story. Lots of fun parallel threads - Ser Jorah's growing reputation (defeating the feared Ser Lionel Darry!) and being "
scouted"
for the kingsguard, Baelon trying to impress his "
father"
, Corrine &
Ben, Athelstan and Theomore (either one would be a one man plot engine), Loreia's bandit capture (complete with superior horse "
side-quest"
), Daveth pursuing his quarry, Jon/Isobel (and getting Brom pardoned), Nathaniel &
the greens, Gwyn domination of social events, Yoren's glorious fire (and debates with our new Septon!), Dyana doing it for the girls in the joust (and her identity preserved by a black - need to do something with this when I get time), Ser Kevan Lyras defusing the Kriegar/Lyras brawl and winning glory in the lists, Lord Dunstan being appropriately brave and glory seeking, culminating in rescuing his love...
We've still got the resolution of the Ser Benjen Frey plot thread to come too!

Great job on the posting guys, I slowed down a bit lately because my exam season is in full swing so I'm writing papers a lot.
Last thing I need is more writing, even though they quite differ.

If anyone sent me a PM recently, my inbox was full, not sure if they come automatically after I clear it or not, so... just thought I'd say it.

At the top of your inbox will be a tab that says something like 'Receive messages'. Click that, and you'll get all the stuff that was sent to you that wouldn't fit in the inbox.

Fallout 4 is coming out this November and it is looking sweet. I just told my brother, and he's never played it and he's not interested in it. I can already feel the deep crevasse splitting and widening between us. And I ask myself, have I ever truly known him...?

If it comes out for the PS3, I'll get it. The trailer has me very excited.

Pretty sure it's next-gen only. You can't put that much pretty in the Old'N'Busted machines.

I don't think my PS3 is old &
busted. This pressure to upgrade every few years hurts my life.

That's why I buy a reasonably priced gaming laptop every 3-4 years and stay a few years behind the gaming industry. More like paying a little extra with each laptop so I can play games on them. And the games comes cheap too.
Costs maybe 1/5 as much as it would to keep up with the new. And same amount of fun.

My laptop runs on the blood, sweat, and tears of my Sisyphian labors...
So it has more than enough power for pretty much anything, but I don't get a whole lot of time off from rolling that damn boulder.
Technically it's a gaming laptop, but 99.9% of the time it's not running anything more intensive than OpenOffice or a web browser.
Fallout 4 looks great, maybe I'll play it when I get some time off... so 2021 or thereabouts...

Re: General OOC Chatter Thread
It's not old and busted. I have one myself.
I did break down and buy a PS4 after awhile, but I still have lots of games I play on the PS3.
Most of my computer games still live on the PC though. You don't get many good strategy/tactical games on a console. There's a handful, but it's nothing like the PC.

I like older games better anyways. Kotor, freelancer, deus ex..
But sometimes i wish it can run witcher 3 or the new fallout. Still not enough to sway me into spending money on a new one, i enjoy to squander it all on travel

Re: General OOC Chatter Thread
Yeah, I miss the KOTORs. I was really bummed to find out my BA new computer can't run the oldies no more.
There's probably a version that's been cracked open and put in an emulation shell so it'll work, but I dunno if it's worth the headache just for the nostalgia.
But man, I did love those games way back when. Best Star Wars games evar. Even the second one, with its tattered, fragmented ending that didn't make any sense. Hee hee.
