Maybe you should add the fact that Ser John got a beat down at the tiny tournament of Lord Redwain by a female knight, I'm sure that is noteworthy

All heroes needs to face hardships once in a while, otherwise there is no story!Septon Arlyn wrote:Reader wrote:Fine work. Updated the front page and added a bit more descriptive text.

I'll try to add little bits and pieces of flavour like Ser Jon v Loreia as I go along Septon.
Although aren't you supposed to be Green? Surely you should be agitating on Ser Jon's behalf, not undermining our handsome hero? :;

This certainly creates an uncomfortable position for the septon. Or maybe he's comfortable with attracting the ire of the Greens and the traditional faithfuls of the court and the realm abroad.

Comfortable? Maybe not so much. Willing to stand up against injustices, especially for those who he sees as friends, more likely. :;

Eh these trials kind of a bummer or rather they show how toothless Tully is. Both participants walk out of it better off than before?!

Re: Game Discussion
I vote that we try to pin that nickname on him IC
Though technically, Theomore walks out equally well of as before, he's just made more mistakes than other PC's and thus has more he can learn from.

Indeed. Lord Tully is increasingly toothless and useless (in part desired, as some may have seen from rumours).
However, TNs were set pre XP spend and was therefore supposed to be ex Pious, but even then Theomore is very stacked for a intrigue and rolled well (4 DoS even ex Pious), aided by glory/influence spending from various houses. Perhaps the TN should have been higher. Theomore's trial was too soft. Baelon's just reflect Westeros's idea of justice.
Still, the trial is less of an issue for Theomore than Price Daemon is.
Random extra dice dropped for premature Pious/Winning First: : 1d9 9 - a 1, doesn't matter, roll loses a 5 and drops to 32 = just enough for 4 DoS.

Psh. I was merely helping a reformed man escape the heavy handed justice of an oppressive legal system. Plus he gave me cookies

I cant find a clip right now, but if I remember correctly, there is a fat Obelix eating this cake afterwards without any problems. Now who would be the Westeros/ Dragon's Dance equivalent of that man...?Theomore Tullison wrote:You should try Theo's cookies, they are delicious.

Not quite this guy, but it's his very lack of a heroic constitution that makes him a hero.

Two of the higher Endurance stats on my spreadsheet, alongside the more obvious famous warriors with high endurance (Roderick Dustins, Criston Coles etc, big hitters).

I used to watch that film constantly when I was 5/6 or thereabouts when visiting grandparents in the summer, but with English speech (which I did not understand) and subtitles (which I couldn't read)...heh. I think it was my uncle that told me what they were saying the first time, and I guess I just knew the whole film so well that it didn't matter that they were speaking gibberish. Well, that and beating legionaries out of their sandals.
