Re: Game Discussion
I just meant that since Gwyn wouldn't be holding it over you guys' heads, it was mostly just for RP and fun to make the check.
lol
If it's a thing, I don't have to count it. I just thought it'd be fun.

Yes. If you are in a thread with a PC and wish an opportunity to identify them, you make an Awareness (notice or empathy) check vs the disguise roll they made in the main thread.
There have been various mentions of Orlais. I actually have an event written for my live group that mirrors the Orlais Masquerade Ball type of event, but I am not sure it's appropriate for this game. The masks do nothing to hide identity, in fact, wearing the wrong mask can severely hamper you. The rewards were great, but so were the consequences of failure (especially with the royal family looking on.) In my live game, one PC was banned from court, one PC had to burn a DP not to be executed, and one PC was appointed to Renly's vacant post as Master of Laws.

Yep, Orlais is fun! Renly Baratheon I take it, the king now, or a king? Making that game set during the events around 300 AC? (AC, AL, those are the same, aren't they?)

Yes. The Masquerade Ball took place on King Joffrey's Birthday. Renly Baratheon ran like a rabbit after Eddard Stark was arrested and Renly would declare himself King a week or two later.

I saw others rolling for 'debauchery effect', so did I

Special rules for that roll, if someone rolled that high? I think Walton will become pretty popular among women now- just call him 'Westerland Stallion'

Party hard. Do it 100% or don't do it at all. 'Earth Yields' motto fits well?

Oh dear... rofl. It's good you spent some money on your costume. If you hadn't even Nathan would recognize you and he rolled an 8 for his Awareness.

Seems more like an off-hand comment to divert Lorent's attention than any actual malice. But hey...invitation to make drama

Re: Game Discussion
On top of that, House Frey leans Black, doesn't it? Perhaps direct that comment at Lord Harald Dulver, or at someone from the Reach, or House Lannister? They do sit on a huge rock overlooking the sea. One does wonder if there's something dwarfish they're concealing...

Don't do that! Leap to conclusions fuelled by mutual suspicion and scheme against one another!

We've got a Marsten, a Tullison, a Drakeson and probably Nathan/Ereth none too pleased.

Now, you guys go and make the noose and stuff, since Theo has bigger fish to fry (or shame, as it happens).

Corrine wouldn't be down with lynching. Especially a Kingsguard who she likes and respects. She'd want to get them in a quiet room to respectfully communicate their grievances in a peaceful manner, with her as mediator.
Basically like a couples therapist.

Re: Game Discussion
Well, Baelon's a bit to wrapped up in his own faux pas to really notice what Ser Jorah said, I think... I figure that his statement and Ser Jorah's were more or less simultaneous, each talking to different sides of the "altercation".
