"
That is a question we must wait to answer, Ironborn."
Derrock says without scorn, crossing his arms. "
I do not think it will take much longer, now."

Ser Jon Roxton briefly joins the debate on tactics, enthusiastic as ever about martial matters. Rumour has it the hedonistic young knight is less enthusiastic about marital matters, when such are raised in House Roxton. Still, he is a younger son and free to follow his passions.

"
Ser Jorah's tactic was wise but not without risk. Tourney lances are fragile things, designed to shatter spectacularly. I saw an attempt at similar tactics in a duel between a Westerman and Ser Addam Tarly himself. The Westerman assumed his longer reach would carry the day, but Ser Addam simply braced himself for impact to ensure he kept his seat, then swept his foe from the saddle in the second pass before he could replace his shattered lance. Ser Addam is not just skilled, but a canny fighter as well. Ser Jorah should be grateful the Seven did not bless Ser Benjen with such wits."

"
Frey's recklessness threatens to undo him,"
Corrine muses, then looks to Jon Roxton;

"
Greetings, Ser Jon. It is good to see you up and about. You put up a valiant fight in the melée."

"
My thanks Lady Marsten. I count it no shame to fall short in such valiant company, I can only hope it was as invigorating to observe as it was to participate."

Ser Jon Roxton's words are voiced with genuine enthusiasm and sincerity rather than the bravado lesser men might offer, although that may make it all the more unnerving to some.

You were hurt before the battle and went toe to toe with Loreth, among the best warriors in the realm, you can truly be proud. "

"
My thanks Master Yoren,"
he addresses the heir-presumptive to House Longshore with the practised etiquette of a Reachman.

"
My only regret is I did not cross swords with that queer Northern guardswomen! She's an oafish, dull seeming sort, but more resolute than most men I've faced. I look forward to crossing blades with her in melees to come."

[OOC: he dislikes Loreia due to a previous official event, although it is at least now a gruding respect as she made the melee final]

"
You were marvellous, Ser,"
Corrine nods in agreement. "
Though, Loreia is not so bad. She may be blunt and coarse at times, but she has a good heart,"
she says, kindly.

Maybe we should build 2 teams too? I'm good as a coordinator and we have an insane amount of people with high persuasion.

"
Father be praised. Ser Jorah is as merciful as he is just. May Benjen Frey redeem himself in service to the realm,"
Corrine intones prayerfully.

Baelon speaks to those around him, but loud enough to be heard by other ears...
"
I have been to the wall, and the Night's Watch is not an easy life - it would be merciful, but not lenient, to allow Ser Benjen to take the black. The Seven Kingdoms would be well-served by having such a strong arm defending us from the ravages of the far north. Surely Lord Gorman is wise enough to see that."

"
Night's Watch is an honorable order, many a northern noble join by free will, or so I've heard. One always deserves a second chance, so let Ser Benjen leave the past behind and become a sworn brother."
Dunstan says to the nearest person of influence.

And let's hope he doesn't rape some poor wildling girl, he thinks to himself.

Ser Benjen should be allowed to take the black. It is an honorable order, and they may yet teach him self control!"

OOC: Dunstan's roll has been declared an assist for Corrine, this is RP for Loreia adding her Coordination of +8 to Dunstan's assist

"
Aye, let 'im take the Black!"
Loreia raises her voice, trying to boost support for Corrine through reference to her words and Dunstan's. "
For justice and honor in the eyes of the Gods, take the Black!"
