Is there any major differences between ASOIAFRPG and the GOT edition?
I usually play with my group in the old books, but as we play with the new, i've noticed a few differences, has anyone else found differences?

I liked them too, although they take a lot of work. They help emphasise the impact of your actions and let you know what you might have heard IC>


Plan is to do a big sweep at the weekend so I can do RP stuff during the week.

PM me rumour suggestions (or even do it in the normal format, if you want to be super helpful and cover an official event!).

I don't typically remember my dreams/nightmares (though as I am relatively sane I assume I do have them) but when I do remember nightmares they tend to involve body dismorphia more than blood... the loss of humanity, the loss of control over one's body, those haunt me much more than just getting hurt. That's probably why in Baelon's dream the only injuries I posted were highly symbolic and both involved a loss of control/capability.

Thirded! It is by far not my first pbp, but you add a lot of touches that make this pbp one of the better ones. Of especial note, the rumors and characterization of the NCs. Additionally, taking player actions and decisions and turning them into larger plot points is quite good as well, though one minor criticism in that vein is that I do wish that there were more consequences to some actions - and I'm not talking about Raff having a higher risk of getting caught (or at least, not only that). Situations that would put an NC at risk of being killed/disowned/dishonored/sent to the wall should have similar consequences for us. We have resources that we can use to fight against such consequences... and if there is no risk, the reward isn't as satisfying.

I would like for this intrigue to be between just me and Ben, if you don't mind Arlyn. That said, in an intrigue each party is supposed to roll initiative first to determine an order before declaring actions. I rolled higher than Ben's highest possible roll, so I went first. If you would like to persuade us both to put our swords away, we can make that a simple intrigue on the side(in roleplay, it amounts to me putting my weapon away if he will). If you change your goal to keeping the violence and show of weapons out of the sept, I wouldn't mind, as long as it doesn't interfere with my chances of success in this one intrigue. Side commentary and roleplay during would be welcome.

I suppose I should have factored in Ben's cohort. I'd like to hear what he thinks and try to get this issue of the number of intrigue participants and their respective goals squared away.

Just on the matter of guilt. Technically him accepting trial by combat does not show that he is guilty, only that he wants the judgement of the gods, and not the mortal Tully.
Only a minute detail however.
