In fairness... You wouldn't be burning a DP to kill him. You would only be burning a DP to negate the one he would burn to stay alive.

You will be tough to beat since you have very nice fighting ability + bonus, so you will probably reliable do 2 DoS of damage each round + armor you wear which I hope is around breastplate defense.

That plan will probably not end with a 'death' consequence, but I would say make sure to have a DP on hand just in case...

Honestly, just winning is probably enough for that. You have already demonstrated what happens when people cross you, no need to make more enemies by taking it out on Baelon... that might cost you some standing with certain other Marstenites that you have had dealings with.
