She really didn't. She just asked you about a thing she was going to ask you about anyway, before Baelon even showed up.

One can only take his perceptions with a grain of salt, since he assumes the worst all the time. You need to accept that Corrine (and I as a player) genuinely has no knowledge of what's going on.

The documentary, 'Tales from the Royal Bed Chamber' is on US Netflix.

I highly recommend it, if you haven't seen it.

(You can use a something like Hola if you don't have direct access.)
